So excited for this next chapter in life! This week we closed on a condo in Midtown Atlanta and a waterfront home in Ft. Lauderdale. Can’t wait to update these awesome properties and put our touch on them. An enormous thank you to Matt Kliewer. He represented us in Atlanta and Florida. I know many realtors and have never found one like Matt. Not being familiar with Midtown ATL or condos, Matt knew exactly what was the right fit for us. It’s rare to find a realtor who has expertise in multiple states, and Matt knows South Florida like no other. He has such an eye for luxury and makes what could be a stressful experience very relaxed. He’s a wealth of information and a great help when bouncing around design/decorating ideas. Matt was very patient and helpful with helping me find my first home. I gave him a long list of homes that I wanted to tour, and he helped me narrow them down to fit my needs. After many tours, we finally found the one for me! Matt's true strength showed after we started the closing process with a particularly difficult seller who also happened to be the listing agent. He helped me navigate a very touchy closing process to ensure I was taken care of and the seller upheld their end of our agreement. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Matt is attentive, informative, helpful, available, knowledgeable and a market expert. If he doesn't know, he finds the answer, and I ask a lot of questions. Matt got us top dollar even in what some people call a slowing market. Our home was one of the top sellers of all time on Lake Lanier thanks to Matt. He made the transaction easy and simple and made sure our house was properly presented. I don't have enough great things to say about Matt.
I enjoyed working with Matt during my home buying process! Even though it was my first time buying a property, I cannot think of anything more I could have wanted from an agent. He is extremely knowledgeable, always ready with great information and advice, and if he doesn't know the answer he finds out and lets you know as soon as possible. He is always quick to respond to any question I have, even on the weekends, even after closing, and it makes me feel very supported.
